I want to make a sponge cake without eggs, for someone’s birthday. I’m not vegan so I can use milk and butter – but no eggs, or animal fats.

I’d love to find some good recipes that I could use.

I enjoy baking and often bake cakes, but I often make the same thing… chocolate fudge cake, lemon cheesecake…and so on.

Does anyone have any interesting or unusual recipes they could share with me?

I have an old box of white drinking chocolate – like Cadburys Drinking Chocolate only white. Does anyone have a recipe where I could use this powder for the cake and/or icing!
